Chapter 5
Note: For those who bought the frozen dahlias already, they don't start dropping icy petals until around Chapter 5. I didn't try the campfire, but it more than likely doesn't drop fire embers until later as well. Also, once they do start dropping, you won't be able to collect between chapters. So if you have extra energy, try to collect as many as possible before you finish the chapter.
